GMI-46B

The GMI-46B (ГМИ-46Б rus.) is a Russian metal-ceramic, indirectly heated, oxide-cathode triode for pulse power switching in RF equipment. Equipped with a forced-air cooling system, it can withstand high peak anode voltages of up to 30kV and currents exceeding 50A in pulsed modulation mode. Key specifications include: filament voltage from 24.7V to 27.3V, power dissipation of 1kW at the anode, and 60W at the grid.

Operates in a vertical position. Forced cooling: Anode – air flow of at least 100m³/h; Contact part – air flow of at least 40m³/h.
