Before You Pay – Double-Check Your Details

Customs Declaration (Default Settings)
By default, the customs declaration will show:
- Parcel value – between $2 and $80 USD (exact amount depends on the order).
- Shipment category – “GIFT”.

Fragile & Vibration-Sensitive Items

What to Do If You Receive a Damaged Item
If your parcel arrives with a broken item:
- Do not remove the item from the postal box.
- Take a clear photo of the damaged item inside the original packaging.
- Send the photo along with your order number to info@soviet-tubes.com.
We will handle your claim as quickly as possible.
