Description
Pulsed modulator beam tetrode GMI-90 in glass design with indirectly heated oxide cathode and forced air cooling. Designed for switching pulsed power in pulse modulators with anode voltage per pulse not exceeding 33kV and current per pulse up to 40A. Pulsed modulator tetrode GMI-90 is used in stationary general-purpose radio engineering equipment.
Available in glass design with 6-pin electrode leads and a separate anode lead.
Works in a vertical position, pins down.
