Thyratron TG3-0.1/1.3 is designed to work in rectifier and relay devices. Available in glass design.
The cylinder is filled with xenon.
Technical specifications:
- Heating current no more than 660 mA
- Anode current no more than 0.1 A
- Ignition voltage no more than 30 V
- Voltage of the 1st grid locking negative no more than 7 V
- Anode reverse voltage no more than 1.3 kV
- Voltage drop between anode and cathode no more than 11 V
- Durability not less than 1000 h
Maximum permissible electrical parameters:
- Filament voltage 5.7-6.9 V
- Anode voltage forward 650 V
- Anode voltage reverse 1.3 kV
