The SG1P (СГ1П rus.) zener diode is designed to stabilize DC voltage and create a reference voltage. It can be used in measuring equipment, as well as in superheterodyne receivers, to stabilize the voltage of screen grids and anode circuits of local oscillators. The cathode is cold. It is filled with an argon-helium mixture. It operates in any position. The base is 7-pin (RSh4 / B7G).
The SG1P zener diode is equivalent to the following tubes: 0A2; 150C2 / 150C4 (European designations for 150 V stabilizers); STV150/30; STR150/30; 11TA31.
