Description

The GU-70B generator tetrode in ceramic-metal design with an indirectly heated oxide cathode and forced air cooling. Designed for linear amplification of high-frequency oscillations at frequencies up to 250MHz with an output power of at least 250W, as well as for amplifying power at frequencies up to 500MHz with an output power of up to 125W.
The GU-70 B tetrode is used to amplify power and a single-sideband signal in radio engineering devices of mobile and stationary equipment for general and special purposes.

Works in a vertical position, pins down.
Forced air cooling not less than 45m3/h.
