Description

Generator triode GS-31B in ceramic-metal design with forced air cooling for operation in the decimeter and meter wavelength ranges. Designed to generate and amplify the power of high-frequency oscillations in the frequency range from 300 to 1070MHz with an output power of at least 360W.
Cooling forced air not less than 3m³/h

• GS – tubes for generating frequencies over 300MHz;
• 31 – the number of the serial number of the development of this type of tube;
• B – a letter indicating the type of forced cooling: B – air.

• Filament current 3.4 ± 0.3A
• Cathode emission current in pulse (at Ua=Uc=600V) at least 8A
• Operating point voltage is negative 9 ± 3V
• The steepness of the characteristic (when changing Us by 1V) not less than 22mA/V
• Ready time no more than 120 sec.
• Net power in continuous operation:

– (at l=60cm, Ua=1.8kV, Ia=500mA) not less than 360W

– (at l=30cm, Ua=1.7kV, Ia=700mA) not less than 180W
