The GM-100 triode is used as a low-frequency power amplifier in RF equipment. Directly heated, tungsten. Envelope: glass, no-base.

Technical specifications (at Un=17V, Ua=1000V, Ia=200mA) :

  • Filament voltage: 17V
  • Filament current: 16.6A – 19.4A
  • Mutual conductance (at anode voltage 1kV, anode currents 500mA-700mA) : 5mAV –  8mAV
  • Gain coefficient (at anode voltage 1 and 2kV, anode current 200mA) 15-21

Limit Operating Values:

  • Filament voltage: 17V
  • Anode voltage: 5kV
