Description
The GI-23B triode generates and amplifies RF oscillations in pulsed operation with anode modulation in the decimetric wavelength range. Designed to generate and amplify high-frequency oscillations in the frequency range from 300 to 1650MHz in a pulsed operating mode with anode modulation. Indirectly heated oxide cathode. It is produced in ceramic-metal design with a radiator and cylindrical leads of the cathode, heater and grid.
Forced air cooling 24 m3/h.
Stamp of technical control department of the manufacturer “ ОТК “
