Electron tube 6S5S (6C5C)- high-frequency triode. Designed for detection, low-voltage amplification and high-frequency generation. Used in low-frequency pre-amplification stages. Indirectly heated oxide cathode. Widely used as a separate heterodyne in superheterodyne television and broadcast receivers and measuring equipment.
Equivalent to the 6C5, 6C5GT, 6C5P.
