The 6N16B-I (6Н16Б-И rus.) subminiature double triode is used for operation in pulse mode with separate cathodes in an all-glass design with flexible leads. It is intended for amplifying low-frequency voltage, generating high-frequency oscillations and for operation in relaxation circuits. Works in any position.
Similar in characteristics to 6021 tubes (1/2 6SN7), operates at a supply voltage of +100V DC.
6 – a number indicating the rounded value of the tube filament voltage in volts;
N – double triode;
16 – the number of the serial number of the development of this type of tube;
B – subminiature tube, in a glass shell, with a diameter of 8 to 10.5 mm;
