Description
The Russian high-frequency miniature tetrode with a pentode anode-grid characteristic 6J3P (6Zh3P) is designed for operation in broadband high-frequency voltage amplification circuits. The presence of short electrode leads, as well as two cathode leads, allows the tube to be used to amplify frequencies up to 400MHz. Used in intermediate-frequency amplifiers of audio and image signal paths of television receivers that do not have AGC. Thanks to the pronounced cutoff of the anode current, the lamp can be used in the amplitude limiter cascade, in frequency modulation receivers, in clock pulse amplifiers and other general-purpose radio engineering devices. The 6J3P tetrode works well in low-frequency voltage amplifiers in combination with powerful output tubes 6P1P, 6P14P, 6P3S, etc.
Works in any position. Base -7 pin.
