Description
GU-39B-1 powerful generator tetrode tube in glass-to-metal version with direct-heated tungsten thoriated carbide cathode and forced air cooling. Designed for use as a power amplifier for high-frequency oscillations at frequencies up to 100MHz with an output power of at least 13kW.
The GU-39B-1 tetrode is used for operation in short-wave transmitters of stationary amplifying radio engineering devices for general and special purposes. Works in a vertical position.
Forced air cooling:
- anode – not less than 250m³/h;
- legs – not less than 60m³/h.
