GI-30

The GI-30 (ГИ-30) is a Soviet dual beam-power tetrode designed for pulse-operation circuits in RF equipment. It is commonly used in RF amplifiers, pulse modulators, Tesla coils, and amateur radio projects.
Features a glass envelope with a specialized base and operates in a vertical position, bulb up. The tube offers flexible filament wiring: it can be powered at 6.3V (parallel, 2.25A) or 12.6V (series, ~1.1A).

The GI-30 tube can be used in single-ended (SE) mode with a power of about 3 watts per channel (one tube per stereo channel) or in a push-pull (PP) configuration with a power of up to 30 watts.

The GI-30 is often used as a substitute for the GU-29 due to matching pinout. However, it has lower anode dissipation (15W vs 40W) and different screen grid voltage limits.
