Description

The IV-1 VFD luminescent indicator for displaying information in the form of dots and dashes. VFD  nixie tube IV-1 was designed for the formation of signs (point & dash) in electronic devices.

Electrode leads: 1 – cathode; 7 – mesh (mask); 8 – cathode, conductive layer on the inner surface of the balloon; 10 – anode segment (dash); 13 – anode segment (point).

Glow – green.

Technical specifications:

  • Glow intensity: not less than 500 cd/m²
  • Number of segments: 2
  • Viewing angle: more than 60°
  • Anode-segment current in static mode: no less than 0.25mA
  • Anode current total: no less than 0.6mA
  • Heating voltage: 0.85 ± 0.15 V
  • Anode and grid voltage in static mode: 20 – 25V
  • Anode and grid voltage in pulse mode: 50 – 70V
  • Ready time: no more than 1 sec.

Minimum operating time: 3000 h.
