Description

The 6P42S beam tetrode is designed to operate in the output stages of horizontal scanning units of television receivers. It is used by radio amateurs in low-frequency amplifiers and in radio transmitting devices.

Technical specifications:

  • Heating voltage: 6.3 ± 0.6V
  • Glow current: 2.1 ± 0.15A
  • Voltage on the second grid: 150V
  • Current in the anode circuit in a pulse: not less than 700mA
  • Current in the circuit of the second grid in an impulse: not more than 120mA
  • Internal resistance: 1.5KOhm

Maximum allowable electrical parameters:

  • The highest voltage on the anode: 250V
  • The highest voltage on the anode in the pulse: 7KV
  • The highest power dissipated on the anode: 24W
  • The highest power dissipated on the second grid: 4.5W
  • The highest resistance in the circuit of the first grid: 0.5mOhm
