Description

Russian double triode tube 6N8S (6H8C rus.) is designed for amplification of low-frequency voltage. The tube features a glass envelope and is equipped with an octal base (standard 8-pin octal type, similar to the 6SN7). It has an indirectly heated oxide cathode.

Equivalent tubes: 6SN7, 6SN7GT, 6SN7GTA, 6SN7GTB, 1578, ECC32, 6CC10, CV1988, VT-231, 5692, 6N8P (China). Double triode 6N8S is equal to two triodes 6S2S.
